Returns & Satisfaction
We guarantee your happiness! We ACCEPT all returns. However, customer must pay shipping and your item only qualifies for a refund if it is returned within 30 days of the purchase date. All items must be unworn, unwashed and smell free to qualify. (This includes perfume, smoke or any strong scented aromas) All sales are final and cannot be canceled for products are made to order. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return back to us. We recommend adding tracking to the shipment. Please keep your tracking number until the refund process has been completed.
If you choose not to add tracking to the shipment, and it is lost by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order. Original price of products in question (not shipping cost) will be refunded to original payment method. Please allow 5-30 business days.
If you need to request a return please reach out to the form below. Include your order number and which specific item your wanting to return. We will send you a RMA number and address to return your item.
Exchanges: Since our products are made to order, we do not do exchanges. However, you may request a return and reorder in the size or color you prefer.

Rates: $9.99 per order USA
$13.99 per order for international (outside the USA)
Shipping Times: All products usually ship from 5-10 business days after order has been placed and arrive between 10-15 business days after shipping.
Note: Most orders ship and arrive in half the allotted timeframe. Not all timeframes are certain and tracking numbers are provided for customers once the order ships. All notifications are sent via email unless otherwise requested.
